Accepted Insurance

We are currently in-network with the following insurance providers:

  • Cigna
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Connecticut (Anthem of CT)
  • Aetna

Note: Please verify your specific coverage and co-pay requirements with your carrier.

Service Fees

For clients not utilizing insurance, we offer the following self-pay rates:

Initial Evaluation $300
Follow-up Appointment $150

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or "no-show" appointments, are subject to a $75 late fee. Please note that insurance does not cover missed appointment fees.
