Service Fees
For clients not utilizing insurance, we offer the following self-pay rates:
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or "no-show" appointments, are subject to a $75 late fee. Please note that insurance does not cover missed appointment fees.
